These terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store www.blacklogos.com, the rights of its users and the business relationship between the seller and the buyer. They are drawn up in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot-1), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the consumer protection law of the European Union, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The online store www.blacklogos.com is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. A user is any person who uses our system — the buyer in the online store.

The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions valid at the moment of purchase (placing the online order). The user is reminded of these terms each time an order is placed and confirms familiarity with them by submitting the order.

The seller has not reviewed all websites linked to www.blacklogos.com and is not responsible for the content of any external website connected to it in any way.

The seller has the right to amend these terms by updating this page. Such amendments are binding for users from the moment of publication.

Availability of information

The seller undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

• The identity of the company (name, registered office, registration number).
• Contact details (email).
• The essential characteristics of the goods (including after-sales services and guarantees) and the validity period of this information.
• The availability of products (every item offered in the store should be deliverable within a reasonable time).
• The conditions, method, place and estimated time of delivery.
• All prices, clearly and unambiguously stated, showing whether they already include taxes, shipping costs and other charges, and the validity period of this information.
• The methods of payment and delivery, and the validity period of this information.
• The period during which the offer is valid.
• The period within which the buyer may withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; where the right of withdrawal does not apply, the buyer is explicitly informed of this.
• An explanation of the complaint procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.

No account is needed to shop at www.blacklogos.com. To make a purchase you only need to enter accurate details when placing your order.

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The buyer selects and orders the products available in the online store. Contracts on www.blacklogos.com are concluded in English.

Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the sales contract

A purchase at www.blacklogos.com works as follows: choose a product and add it to the cart with the “Add to cart” button. The cart shows every selected item, its quantity and price, the shipping cost and the order total. From the cart you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. At checkout you enter your email, name, delivery address, country and phone number; if you need an invoice issued to a company, you also enter the company details and VAT number. You then select the delivery method and the payment method for your country. Before placing the order you see a complete summary — items, quantities, prices, shipping cost, any discount and the final total including VAT — and you can still change any of it. The order is placed with a button clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay.

After the order is placed you see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation email with the order number, items, quantities, prices, shipping cost, any discount, the total amount and your details, together with the seller’s details and a link to these terms. At that moment the sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded.

To change or cancel an order, the buyer must notify the seller at info@blacklogos.si, quoting the order number from the confirmation email.

Tools for identifying and correcting errors before placing the order

Before submitting the order, the buyer can at any time, simply and without difficulty:

• see and review which products have been added to the cart,
• see and review the price of each product and the total price of the order,
• change the quantity of any product and recalculate the new total,
• remove products they do not wish to buy from the cart,
• change the selected delivery method,
• change the selected payment method,
• review and change the name, delivery address, email, delivery method and phone number.

Delivery time

Typically 2–7 business days from receipt of the order/payment, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are always shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Packaging is free of charge.
• Where a free-shipping threshold applies for your country, it is shown at checkout; orders above it ship free.
• For cash on delivery (where available), the carrier may charge an additional COD fee, which is shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Who can order?

Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. enables purchases in this online store to all consumers from the EU and companies established in the EU that acquire or use the goods for final use, regardless of nationality and place of residence or registered office, in accordance with these terms.

After the order is placed

The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From that moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and binding on both the seller and the buyer. The sales contract (i.e. the first order-status email) is stored in electronic form on the server of Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. and is accessible to the buyer.

After the order is placed we prepare the goods within the agreed time and ship them to your address. If a carrier sends you SMS or email updates about your parcel, replies to those messages do not reach the seller — please contact us directly at info@blacklogos.si instead.

Payment methods

The online store offers the following payment methods:

• Payment by debit or credit card
• Payment via PayPal (PayPal balance, debit and credit cards)
• Cash on delivery — available in selected countries

If cash on delivery is offered for your country, you pay the courier directly when the parcel is delivered. Any COD fee charged by the carrier is shown at checkout.

When paying by card, you receive an order confirmation email after placing the order, followed by delivery within the agreed time. Card authorisations are performed in real time by the payment provider; if the payment is confirmed, you are redirected back to blacklogos.com and receive the purchase details by email. The cardholder (the details in the order) must be the same person or organisation that owns the payment card. After a card payment has been confirmed, the content or the final amount of the order cannot be changed, except in special cases approved by the seller.

Data security — 100% secure purchase

Card payments are processed by certified payment providers; card data is never stored on the seller’s server. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the seller’s server.

Invoicing

Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. issues an invoice for every order, with the price and all costs related to the purchase itemised. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the details before placing the order; objections to the correctness of issued invoices raised later cannot be taken into account.

Prices

All prices in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, calculated at the rate applicable to the destination country in accordance with EU VAT rules. Prices in the store are product prices and do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately at checkout. Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no predetermined period of validity. The price binding on the buyer is the price stated in the online store and confirmed during the order process. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and, as a rule, different discounts and coupons cannot be combined within the same order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Price reductions and sales

1. When the price of goods is reduced, the previous price and the reduced price are both indicated.
2. The previous price is the lowest price applied by the seller in the last 30 days before the price reduction.
3. For goods that have been on the market for less than 30 days, the previous price is the lowest price at which the seller offered the goods before the reduction during the period the goods were on the market.
4. In the case of a continuous, gradual price reduction, the previous price is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the first reduction.

The online store automatically tracks the lowest price of each product in the last 30 days and displays it on the product page where a reduction applies. For products with options (colour, size), select the option first and the lowest 30-day price for that option is shown.

Payment cards

When paying with debit or credit cards, the following also applies:

• The payer (the details entered in the order) must be the same person or organisation that owns the payment card.
• If the payer details on the order and the cardholder do not match, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
• After the order has been confirmed, the content or the final amount of the order cannot be changed, except with the seller’s approval.

Discount codes

Add the product(s) to the cart. The cart shows a field for entering a discount code; the code can also be entered at checkout. After entering the code, confirm it and the discounted total is displayed before you place the order.

• A discount code may be a single-use code, meaning it can only be used once.
• Combining different types of benefits (discount code, promotional code, bonus) within the same order is generally not possible.

Delivery

Our contractual delivery partners for shipments within Slovenia and abroad are Pošta Slovenije and its partner carriers. Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if the order can be fulfilled more efficiently that way.

Dispatch of goods

The items you have ordered are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with EU consumer law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within that period by an unambiguous statement sent to info@blacklogos.si, quoting your order number.

The goods must then be returned to the seller’s address (Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p., Šalek 98, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in unchanged quantity, in their original packaging where possible; the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Conformity of goods and legal guarantee

Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer law (legal guarantee of conformity, applicable for two years from delivery). If goods are not in conformity with the contract, contact us at info@blacklogos.si and we will resolve it — repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as provided by law.

Order cancellation

An order that has been placed can be cancelled at no extra cost. A cancellation can only be made via info@blacklogos.si.

When cancelling, the buyer must state:

• the order number,
• the buyer’s name and surname.

If the order has already been processed and handed to the delivery service before the cancellation, the buyer simply refuses the parcel on delivery.

Purchase security

The seller undertakes to process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not pass it to unauthorised third parties. Data is stored on the seller’s server. Card authorisations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data with the banks; card data is not stored on the seller’s server.

Buyer’s responsibilities

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoice details and notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt; later complaints about invoice correctness cannot be considered. Your payment card is charged directly upon confirmation of your order. The amount charged to your card may differ from the amount shown on our site due to surcharges or fees applied by your card issuer (and/or card provider) during the transaction.

We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates or surcharges determined by your bank, or for any other additional fees for transactions in a foreign currency charged by your card issuer, in case EUR is not the currency in which your card issuer bills you.

Protection of personal data

Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of its users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). All detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy policy. The user is obliged to provide the seller with accurate and truthful personal data and to notify the seller of any changes. By accepting these terms the user confirms that the personal data provided is correct.

Communication

The store www.blacklogos.com will contact the user via means of distance communication only where the user does not explicitly object, and in accordance with applicable e-communications legislation.

The copyright of the online store www.blacklogos.com belongs to Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p.; all rights reserved. The content of the website may include material whose copyright belongs to third parties, therefore any redistribution of information from this website is permitted only with the written approval of the owner. We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. The seller may withdraw from the contract only in the case of an obvious error — an error in the essential characteristics of the item or a mistake that is considered decisive by trade custom or by the intention of the parties and which the seller would not have confirmed had it been aware of it.

Complaints and disputes

The seller respects applicable consumer protection law and makes every effort to provide an effective complaints procedure. Complaints can be sent by email to info@blacklogos.si or by post to: Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p., Šalek 98, 3320 Velenje, Slovenia. The complaint procedure is confidential. The seller will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within five business days, tell the user how long it will take to process, and keep the user informed of its progress. Aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and cost of resolving it in court, the seller strives to resolve any dispute amicably.

Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

In accordance with applicable law, Alpha Motors, Zoran Nedić s.p. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate under the applicable legislation on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. As a seller offering goods online in the EU, we publish a link to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

This arrangement derives from Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.

Governing law

These terms and all contracts concluded through the online store are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable EU law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
