Costs, delivery times and how you can pay
We ship every order from our warehouse in Velenje, Slovenia, to all EU countries. Orders for Slovenia are handled by our Slovenian store, blacklogos.si.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you place the order. Every country above the free-shipping threshold ships free.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days. Delivery then typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on the country and the carrier. Croatia (GLS) is usually at the fast end of that range.
When your parcel is on its way you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, with the tracking number where the carrier provides one.
Payment methods
- Card — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- PayPal.
- Cash on delivery — available in Croatia. You pay the courier in cash on delivery; the carrier charges a small COD fee, shown at checkout.
All prices include 22 % Slovenian VAT. There are no customs duties or import fees for deliveries within the EU.
Receiving the parcel
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier or refuse the parcel, and let us know the same day so we can sort it out quickly — see Complaints.
Cash-on-delivery parcels that are not collected are returned to us and the order is cancelled; the rules for that are in our Terms & Conditions.
